Holding the inside valve firmly with one hand place the front cover on the outside of the mask. Twist the valve to click firmly in place.
Make sure to check your valves occasionally that they are secure.
How often should I replace the filter?
If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 you should replace the filter right away. Always place the used filter in a plastic bag before disposing of it. Wash your hands after handling the used filter.
If you are a stay at home worker and use AIR-FLOW for occasional daily protection then you should only see a need to replace the filter every one or two weeks. Just check your filter as you put it on to see how clean it appears.
The filter must be replaced with a new one when it looks dirty on the inside or after heavy exercise or sport activities. You should replace the filter before the next time you use it.
If you are using the mask as daily protection working with the public it is recommended to change the filter daily. We offer large discounts for volume sales. If you do not see the volume you need please email us.
Can I wash the masks and filter?
You can hand wash the mask without the filter. KN95 or N95 filters are NOT designed to be washed.
Follow the above steps to remove the valves and filter before washing. We recommend that you wash your mask weekly if worn often by hand. Dip drying is always a better option. Then replace the filter and valves as shown.
With care your mask should serve you well for some time.
